findhelp (FKA Aunt Bertha) helps healthcare and educational organizations, government agencies and individuals connect with social support services by providing a nationwide database of public and private non-profit community-based organizations (“CBOs”). Users can search the database of CBOs by zip code, need (i.e. transportation, food, housing, substance dependency, etc.), eligibility (i.e. income, veteran, etc.), and availability. Customers can track referrals between employees and CBOs, design customized screeners to better serve patients and members, and gain insight into the social determinant needs of a population.
